- First-party cookies are set by PlaidCloud; third-party cookies are set by providers we use (such as Google or HubSpot).
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
How we use cookies
We group cookies into the categories below. Analytics and marketing cookies do not load until you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject,” only strictly necessary cookies are used.
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always active; consent is not required.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it (Google Analytics 4).
- Marketing — help us understand interest in our products and measure campaigns, including our contact and demo forms (HubSpot).

When you submit a form on our /contact-us page, HubSpot may set the marketing cookies above to associate your submission with your activity.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Because we do not load analytics or marketing cookies until you click “Accept,” non-essential tracking is off by default. In addition, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we treat it as a choice to keep non-essential cookies off and do not show the consent prompt — you can still opt in via “Manage cookie preferences” above.
Your rights

Changes to this policy
